What does the learning experience look like?

The PEAT training experience is designed as a guided online journey, supported by live connection and the option to deepen through in-person training.

Level 1 begins online, through the Personal Development Pathway, where you move through the training in your own time.

Alongside the online material, you are supported through a rhythm of live training and weekly support calls — creating a space for integration, reflection, and deeper understanding as you move through the work.

This combination allows you to engage with the content at your own pace, while still being held within a structured and supported learning environment.

In-person training is available as an additional step, with 6-day immersive experiences offered in Melbourne and Switzerland. These trainings bring the work into a hands-on, relational space, allowing you to deepen your understanding through direct experience.

Pathway to Certification

The Level 1 Personal Development Pathway is the foundation of the full Certification.

From here, you can choose to continue into the Practitioner Training Pathway, which includes further training, case studies, clinic days, and mentoring support.

You have up to 2 years to complete the full Certification pathway, allowing you to move through the work in a way that supports your personal process and development.

What are the logbook requirements?

The logbook is a requisite for those pursuing full certification in Psychosomatic Therapy as part of the Full Certification. You have 12 months to complete the following requirements:

• 5 x Lifestyle Consultations

• 5 x Face Reports

  • Include photos of each client’s face, preferably showing the left and right sides separately, as well as a full face photo.

• 5 x Bodymind Analysis (BMA) Reports

  • Include photos of each client’s body (front, back, and side) using a plumb line for alignment.

• 5 x Hand Analysis Reports

  • Include photos of the client’s hands (front and back).

• 5 x Emotional Anatomy Analysis

  • Complete these with your BMA clients.

• 1 x Self-Reflection Report

  • Provide a self-reflection on each of your reports (i.e., face, hands, bodymind analysis, emotional anatomy, bodywork).

• 5 x Supervised Bodywork Sessions

Diversity Note: When completing your reports, aim to include clients of diverse ages, genders, and ethnicities to broaden your experience.

Do I have to be on each live call for the PEAT Intensive?

• Self-Paced support calls:

  • You can join the live support calls on a needs basis. Attendance is flexible and optional.

• Live training calls:

  • Live calls are held weekly, and while we encourage you to attend as many as possible, we understand that it may not always be feasible.

Regardless of the format, we record every session, and you’ll have access to the recordings within 48 hours.

Attending live calls adds richness to your experience by allowing you to engage with the group and learn from how others experience the world.

The Weekly Live Training Calls begin twice each year — in the second week of July and the third week of February. Each series runs for approximately 6 months, with scheduled breaks for Victorian school holidays and our in-person training programs.

If you miss a session or can't attend live, all recordings are available in the student community, allowing you to catch up and learn at a time that suits you.
